Skill IT Education and Vishvin Technologies Partner to Prepare Fresh Graduates for L1 and L2 Cyber Security and SOC Roles
Vishvin Technologies joins as Skill IT Education’s cyber security learning partner and will recruit freshers for L1 and L2 cyber security and SOC roles through Skill IT Education.
HYDERABAD, India — — Skill IT Education, a Hyderabad-based technology training institute, today announced a learning partnership with Vishvin Technologies Pvt Ltd, a Bengaluru-headquartered IT infrastructure and IT-enabled services company, which joins as Skill IT’s cyber security learning partner. The partnership addresses a gap both organisations see in hiring: projects need security staff who can monitor, triage and escalate incidents from their first week, while most fresh graduates leave college without hands-on experience of how a Security Operations Centre (SOC) works. Under the agreement, Vishvin Technologies will recruit freshers for Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) roles in cyber security and SOC operations through Skill IT Education, which will source candidates and train them in the skills Vishvin’s project teams require.
Established in 2017, Vishvin Technologies serves government and private-sector clients across India, including power and water utilities. Its services span IT consulting and system integration, network modernisation, cloud hosting and IoT solutions, smart metering through Advanced Metering Infrastructure and Automatic Meter Reading, drone-based asset analytics and digital library platforms. Headquartered in Bengaluru, with branch offices across Karnataka, West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand, the company is certified to ISO 27001 for information security management and ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, and is appraised at CMMI Level 3.
Skill IT Education, based in Madhapur, Hyderabad, runs career programmes in Cyber Security, SOC Analyst, AI & ML, Data Science and Data Analytics for graduates and working professionals, in the classroom and live online. Its five-month Cyber Security and SOC Analyst programmes combine three months of structured, lab-based learning with a two-month industry internship, covering networking and operating system fundamentals, the threat landscape, SIEM-based security monitoring, incident response and threat hunting, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing. Learners train on industry tools in hands-on labs, build project portfolios and receive interview preparation and placement assistance.
What the partnership covers
- Employment opportunities at Vishvin Technologies. Vishvin Technologies is hiring freshers for L1 and L2 cyber security and SOC roles on its projects and will recruit them through Skill IT Education, which will find, train and put forward candidates for these roles.

- Built for freshers. Designed for recent graduates starting a career in cyber security, with no prior security experience required.
- Next intake. The SOC Analyst and Cyber Security batches under the partnership start on November 9, 2026, each with a demo session and webinar.
What they said
“Our clients rely on us to run and secure critical IT infrastructure, and that work depends on people who can handle a security alert correctly from the very first step. Skill IT Education trains freshers against exactly the L1 and L2 responsibilities our projects need. We are happy to bring their trained professionals onto our project teams as our requirements grow, and we look forward to building that capability together.”
“Security operations for our utility and government clients, across both IT and OT systems, need people who are ready from their first day on a project. In our conversations with Skill IT Education, it was clear their training could be built around the L1 and L2 roles we staff. I am glad to have brought our two teams together, and I look forward to seeing their trained professionals contribute on our projects.”
“The question we hear most from students is not about the course, it is about what comes after it. With Vishvin as our learning partner, we can train every learner for a defined role, against skills an employer has told us it needs. For a fresher entering cyber security, that clarity makes a real difference.”
